Here are some of the most
frequently asked questions we hear:
1) Q: When my lawn maintenance
guy mows the yard, doesn't that clean up the
poop?
A: No, this spreads parasites over the entire
lawn and this causes them to become airborne.
2) Q: Where are you located?
A: We are headquartered right here in the
Southeast Valley. When you call us you are
calling our local office, not a call center
located in some foreign land like Dallas, TX or
India or some other exotic, far-off place.
3) Q: Do you have anything
that will get rid of the bad smell in our yard?
A: Yes, Poop Marshal offers both Disinfectant
and Odor Eliminator. Our products are all
natural, safe for your pets, trees, grass and
entire yard. This is a fine spray mist that is
applied on bed rocks, grass, concrete patios, and
even furniture.
4) Q: When is the best time to
pick up the poop?
A: The best time is just before your lawn
maintenance people come – if not the same day,
the day before.
5) Q: Why your concern with
our dog's health?
A: We're pet owners too. And we've dedicated our
business to the health of your pet and you and
your family. How many times have you gone to the
Vet and been asked about your dog's stool but
couldn't answer the question? Well, now with our
exclusive "Poop Report Card" you can
let the vet know exactly what we've seen. It
will help your Vet diagnose your pet's problem.
6) Q: What does my dog's poop
have to do with my health?
A: In addition to viruses and bacteria, the
stool could contain other parasites like
Hookworm and Roundworm. These are zoonotic pests
– that is, they can infect people as well as
your pet. It could be said that cleanliness is
our most important product!
7) Q: Can Poop Marshal
schedule your visit for a specific time of day?
A: No, we can give you an AM or PM window but,
due to scheduling constraints, we can not
promise a specific time of day. To keep our
prices as low as possible, we must schedule our
routes as efficiently as possible.
8) Q: What if it's a rainy
day?
A: We will do our best to do your yard the next
day but if we can't, we will pick up your yard
the next scheduled day and credit your account
for the missed day.
